Several month ago, our company accepted a new product design order, a special stacking rack for the transportation and storage of gas bottles. This requires the racks to be customized with special specifications, sizes and shapes. Because gas bottles are special and cannot be hit violently or fall down.
More importantly, it cannot be made into an ordinary pallet style, otherwise customers will need to spend effort to carry gas bottles to the racks, so the plate where the bottles are placed is veneered, making it easier to load and unload goods. This requires us to do special processing for the fork, and we also need to customize a special hydraulic pallet truck. Adding horizontal pulls on the top of the pallet can separate the gas bottles very well. Of course, the cross bars are movable for the convenience of customers.
Our design department tried every means to finally design a solution that satisfied the customer well. We first made a sample, took pictures of experiments, and took videos to confirm with the customers. The customers were very satisfied with our products. And then start mass production. This allows our products to successfully unlock a new industry.
We completed mass production a long time ago and started loading containers last week. Because the customer’s warehouse construction was delayed, the products were kept in our warehouse for a period of time after production. We expressed our understanding and tried our best to support the customer. Due to a long period of time, the outer surface of the packaging has become dusty. Before loading into container, we arranged for workers to dismantle the original packaging, throw it away, and repackage it. The overall appearance was clean and bright. Of course, container loading was also taken into consideration when designing the product size factor, so it is easier to install and does not waste space, filling a whole container.
