This week we completed the loading of heavy duty pallet racks, the beams are relatively long, and each layer can hold three pallet positions. The width of the rack is also relatively wide, about 1.5m, which is used in the furniture industry. In fact, our racks can be used in all walks of life. We have many years of experience in production and loading of containers. Generally, we will pay attention to the packing height and width of beams or columns. As we all know, it is about 2.3 meters, so there is a certain gap in the middle. This gap is for loading and unloading. We usually use bubble bags to fill these gaps to prevent the goods from colliding with each other. It will be better during the transportation.
The raw materials of our products are steel, so they are generally relatively heavy. Usually, the container has a limited weight, and most of them can be loaded to about 26 tons. For conventional heavy duty racks, especially columns and diagonal braces, they take up more weight but not volume. For products, before production, we will consider the packaging method to prevent the single pallet from being too heavy, or the package is too high, and the container is not full.
