After Chinese New Year (the year of snake), we have been working hard for about half month. There is one product that we do for the first time. After client told us the load capacity of each set and how many levels this type of stack rack will be stacked up, we replied with quotation, then the order is placed soon. The one in the above picture is the type we do most. The extremely long stack rack is like adding brackets into the standard one. The extremely long stack racks also have the parts like post, base frame, base rib, foot, stack bowl. It has flat stack head as below which we do not use often.
There is one more different point is that the fork entry area. At most times, the fork entry we do is C shape steel welded under base frames. But for this extremely long stack rack type, the fork entry guided by two angle steels welded under base. It is an easy and efficient way.
The length of the extremely long stack rack is 3000mm, most lengths of our stack racks is less than 2200mm, because the width of container is 2300mm, that’s why we call it extremely long stack rack. Sure we can also use one piece longer tube as the base frames, but the height of tube will be more for more strength, which will be more expensive.
