Recently, a customer from the pharmaceutical industry asked our company to design a product to stack medical devices. We designed a folding stacking rack according to the size and shape of the device, which can stack well, save space, and improve warehouse utilization. The structure is also more convenient for transportation.
The size of the folding stack rack is 1200*1000*1000mm, and the layer load is about one ton. Side frames are added to prevent the goods from rolling down. The whole structure is powder coated by blue color, seems very beautiful.
The difference between the folding stack rack and the regular detachable stack rack structure is mainly in the hosting of the base. The post holder of the ordinary stacking rack is a square tube, and the post can be inserted into the post holder directly, which is simple and convenient to use. The folding type bottom post holder will be specially treated, and one side is open, which can be easily erected or folded down. The inside of the tube will also be welded with a slot, so that the post will not sway from side to side, and the structure will be more stable. The bottom will be drilled and extended with long bolts, which can fix the side frame with the stacking base.
Like normal stacking rack, the size and weight capacity of the folding type also can be customized. Both powder coated and galvanzied surface treatment are available.
