This month, a French company purchased galvanized stacking racks from our factory through their branch in China for their new warehouse storage. The rack size is L1350*W830*H2145mm,and this is the inner size which is suitable for placing European standard pallets. The size of the European standard pallet is usually 1200*800, and the loading capacity of the racking is 1000KG.
In order to convenient for transportation, loading, the overall structure is detachable. The base is welded as a whole, and the four posts are directly inserted on the base without bolts connection and installation. It is very simple and convenient to use and easy to carry.
The surface treatment of the racking is hot dip galvanized, which can prevent rust and corrosion, and it can be used in cold room storage and outdoor.
This is the simplest stacking rack structure. Our rack size and shape can be customized for clients regarding their different storage requirement.We can design solutions for customers, and also can provide them corresponding 3D drawings, so they can understand the whole product more intuitively and clearly. Usually it can be used to store pallets, also the clients can put the goods on the rack directly, such as fabric rolls, short pipes and all types of tires.
Some customers need to add side frames to prevent the products rolling down from the side of the rack, and some need to add wire mesh or steel plates or wooden boards at the bottom. All of these customizations, we can do for clients.
Except the galvanized surface treatment, we also can do powder coating surface dealing, which can be used in conventional warehouses, and also can be prevent the rack from rust and corrosion.
