One of our customer purchased heavy duty pallet rack from our factory to Bahrain. Rack size were L3000*W900*H4500mm, total need 4 levels, and each level need to bear 3000KG weight. According to their storage requirement, we adopted 100*70*2.0 specification for upright,160*50*1.5 for beam, and beam used four claws instead of regular three claws, weight capacity would be better. The whole racking system were be back to back type and row spacer were be used to connect them.
Our customer received the racks last week, then we provided them detailed installation instructions, and they successfully completed the racking installation by themshelves.In fact, it is easy to install the pallet racking,just as following steps.
First step: Install the Upright Frame Put two uprights on the ground,and install the top horizontal brace first, fix it with uprights by plastic blocks and bolts, then fix the diagonal braces with uprights and finally install the bottom horizontal bracer with uprights.
Second step: Install Box Beam After completing the installation of the upright frame, stand them, and then start to hang the beams, finally fix the beam with frame by safety pin.
Third Step:Install related protectors When the rack be intalled row by row,use row spacer to connect them, then the whole structure will be more steady. And then install upright protectors or frame protectors.
Final Step: Fix the Frame with Ground After adjust all of the parts, and then fix the frame with ground by expansion bolts, we will keep suitable holes on the upright footplate.
For this project,our clients chooses the conventional racking color, blue for frame and orange for box beam, after finish the installation,the whole system seems very beautiful.
