Heavy duty shelves are our regular and hot selling products. There are usually the following categories: heavy duty pallet racks, narrow aisle racks, and heavy duty shelves racks. Pallet racks are composed of frames and beams, with simple structure and good weight capacity. Some customers like to equipped with wire decking to prevent goods from falling.
Narrow aisle racks usually have a narrower depth and a higher height. Compared with ordinary pallet racking, it often equipped with ground rail to protect the racking. VNA racks can make full use of the warehouse space. Compared with conventional racking, it has smaller aisle and higher height. Today we generally talk about the third type-heavy duty shelves rack.
In addition to conventional frames and beams, this type of racking has the steel panel. There are usually two types of steel panel, powder coated steel panel and galvanized steel panel. Powder coated steel panel usually have a relatively large area, and one layer usually consists of 2-3 pieces, while galvanized steel panel are composed of small pieces of boards, and one layer usually has 6-8 pieces, or a little more 10 pieces. The most common layer load capacity is 1000KG or 1500KG. Of course, there are also lighter or heavier ones, which we can customize for customers. In the category of conventional heavy duty steel shelves, these two loads are the most common and the most used. Customers are also more inclined to galvanized steel panel. Thickness of the panel is usually 1.0mm, 1.2mm or 1.5mm.
The depth of the shelf is generally 900 to 1050, and the height is usually 3.6 meters to 5 meters. All the data that we listed are conventional file, and special requirements are also available.
