Installation of Pallet Racks

Last week, we installed one set of pallet racks for trial order from Kuwait. Today let’s introduce the process of installation of pallet racks to you.

First step is to combine uprights and bracers to make frames. First of all, we place two uprights, two horizontal bracers and several diagonal bracers on ground. Then, fix horizontal bracers in 4th holes in upright from bottom. After that, we continue to fix other joints with bolts and nuts.

Afterwards, we place footplate under uprights. We finished the installation of frame.

Please notice that at the end of upright, if the hole is round hole, the end is bottom line, if the hole is diamond hole, the end is top end.

The second step is to fix upright on ground. As you can see in the picture above, there are two holes in footplate. The two holes are to plug anchor nuts in to fix frame up on ground. Before that, you need to drill holes in your ground.

When you finish installing one frame, you can keep it up with one beam like this:

The third step is to put beams into holes of uprights. There are claws at the two ends of beams. Just plug the claws into diamond holes of uprights, then plug L shape safety pin into the round hole of upright and beam, the beams installation is finished. The beam level can be adjusted by pitch 75mm up and down.

Main parts of pallet racks are finished installing. Then you can put steel panels, wire mesh decking or pallet supports on beams. And also spacers between uprights can be installed to make two lines of pallet steady. If you have any question, feel free to contact us.
