Knock-down stack rack with steel plate

Knock-down stack rack with steel plate is usually customized type of stack rack according to clients’ requirements. As you can see from the pictures above, this type of stack rack can be applied to any industry and any product, because products in any shape can be placed on steel plate, no matter your products are packed in cartons, bags, or pallets.

The structure of knock-down stack rack with steel plate is very easy, frame posts and base welded with steel plate, and also four longer bracers. The frame posts are two posts connected by several bracers, sometimes wire mesh is also needed to prevent them from falling down when the products are small. The base feet are usually steel square tubes. The frame posts only need to be put into base feet when you plan to use it, and pull the frame posts out and lay them on steel plate when not using it. You can also stack the folded knock-down stack rack with steel plate up. There are two fork entries under base. They are aimed to prevent stack rack from sliding on fork when forklift is moving.

Knock-down stack rack with steel plate has better stability than normal stack racks with only four posts, because the bracers can keep the distance between posts. But when exporting, the quantity will be less into container. Thus there is limits on dimensions: the length better to be less than 2200mm or the width to be less than 1100mm.

For the load capacity, it can be customized from 500-3000kg. The load capacity of stack rack with steel plate in the above picture is 2000kg. It can be stacked up 3 levels. The surface treatment is epoxy powder coating to have the ability to proof rust in normal indoor environment.
