Knock-down Stack Racks With Bracers

This yellow stack rack is what we have finished producing and prepare to ship. This type of stack rack is knock down type, which mean it can be disassembled and assembled by hand. But there is no bolts and nuts to connect joints. It has four bracers on sides and one bracer on top to make the whole structure steadier.

Client sent us the drawing of knock-down stack racks with bracers to request quotation. We offered competitive price and the client was attracted by our price. In a short time, the client paid deposit of the order of 288 sets of this type of stack racks. We estimated that two 40 feet containers can take 288 sets of this type of stack racks with bracers. And after placing order, the client requested to change some material of parts. Since we haven’t processed the order to production, we agreed.

This size of knock-down stack racks with bracers is Length 1900mm * Width 1300mm *Height 1270mm (external dimensions), the estimated load capacity is 1500kg, and it can be stacked up 4 levels. The base is made of 50*50 steel tubes as base frame, 50*25 steel tubes as base ribs, 50*4.0mm steel band on ribs to support load, 60*60*3.5mm steel tubes as base feet. The stacking bowl is 100*100mm, the thickness is 3.0mm. The post is made of 50*50*2.0mm steel tube. Two posts are connected by two 40*25mm steel tubes by welding. The bracers are 40*25 steel tubes. The top bracer is much stronger to prevent that it bend a lot, since the length is 1900mm, kind of long to be held straight horizontally. Thank you for reading, have a good day.
