Storage racks can be used in all walks of life. Recently, a large but light rack of our company has been used in the new field,for plants storage. The rack length is 2.7 meters, height is 5 meters, and total 4 levels. Rack weight capacity is very light, each level just need to carry less than 200KG. So we decide to use long span shelving, and column specification is 55*47*1.5, the beam adopts the rectangular tube 60*40*1.5.
Since the plants are placed in plastic trays, in order to prevent the plastic trays from falling, we add pallet support bars on the beam. According to the customer requirements, each level is equipped with 6-7pcs of small support bars. In order to prevent the tray from protruding, during the producing, support bar welding place move down a little. Unique and professional design meets customers’ storage needs.
Except this type of conventional large racks, we also prepared special rolling racks for clients. The drawings and dimensions are designed by the customers themselves, and then we producing them according to their requirements, and adds wheels at the bottom, which can be moved. The whole shelf rack can be disassembled, convenient to use and easy to install. For this type of shelf, we made samples first and took pictures for customers to check. After getting their approval, we started mass production, and finally completed the production and packaging.
The surface treatment of all products is white, and the overall look is very beautiful. All of our rack shelves can be customized according to customer requirements, and in some special storage fields, we also can do unique designs to meet customer storage requirements.
