For one day eight hours working time, one set machine can weld around 600pcs box beam, or 800pcs P shape beam (step beam). And all of the machine working together, can produce thousands of beam a day. Compared with manual welding, its much more quicker, most important, welding quality can get guaranteed.
As below picture, teardrop pallet rack beams, which widely used in American area and this is for our distributor clients.We use automatic machine to weld claws together with the beam, seems more stronger, flat, and no welding slag. After powder coating, the surface of the welded beam will be more beautiful compared with the traditional welding ways. Stronger welding connection, will make the whole heavy duty racking system or medium duty shelf system structure much more safety and steady.
Last month, we get a big steel pallets order, from China famous company “Zhengtai”, and use Arc welding robot to do it. We purcahsed the robot from Japan’s famous brand “Kawasaki”. Arc welding is a joining process that uses large electric current to melt and fuse a consumable metal onto the base metal. Its advanced technologies can help us reach the quality and volume of product we expect from the arc welding system. There are many advantages for the arc robot: automatic torch calibration, start sensing and touch sensing, and pre-weld and post-weld inspection.
