Last week, our factory made a sample as the pictures shows left. It is one pallet cage with wheels which can be folded and stacked. It also has name plate with company name printed on it.
The client used to use pallet cage made of only wire mesh like in the picture right.
But he said this type of pallet cage could be damaged very easily, that’s why he wants to try the pallet cage we made. The difference is that pallet cage we made has steel tube as frames to make the whole structure stronger. And steel tubes are harder to be damaged than wire.
The main structure of this type is four sides of wire mesh, wire mesh bottom, base frame and post frames. These are common parts for pallet cage. Besides, client required wheels under base frame to make pallet cage move easily, so we welded connect plate under base frame to fix wheels. And client also requires protection for wheels when forklift moves pallet cage, so we welded fork entry beside wheels. Clients requires good quality of wheels, so we choose steel-core and polyurethane wheels. Two 4-inches Swivel wheels with total brake and two 4-inches Non-Swivel wheel make pallet cage can turn around freely.
After all, it is a sample, we will send it to client by air. Client will tell us their feedback after they checking and using it. The length maybe will be bigger. The wire maybe needs to be thick. We will improve our design according to client’s feedback.
