Last month, our company received an order for the production and installation of pallet rack from a well-known local brand. First, we arranged professional technicians to measure the customer’s site, and gave a specific plan based on the customer’s load-bearing and storage requirements. We provided the customer with two plans, and finally chose the conventional heavy duty pallet rack project. The rack is 2300mm and 2400mm long, 1000mm wide, and 4475mm high. There are two layers in total, and each layer carries about 2 tons.In order to protect the racking, this project is equipped with corresponding post protector and frame protector. The customer also selected I-shaped pallet support bar.
After the project was confirmed, we arranged the production. The production process was very smooth and successful. All racking shelves and components were produced, powder coated, and delivered to the customer’s site within 20 days. Since it was in China, the installation was relatively convenient. The customer asked our company to arrange the installation directly. We have a professional installation team. Since it was a cold storage project, the temperature was about minus 20 degrees. The installation team wore thick cotton clothes to work in the cold storage and successfully completed the project within the specified time. After the installation was completed, it passed the acceptance smoothly. The customer was very satisfied. The upright frame were blue and the beams were orange. The overall look was very bright and atmospheric.
This is a project we did locally. It is very close to the factory, which can save customers a lot of expenses, such as shipping costs and installation fees.
