Stack Rack with Big Size and Heavy Load Capacity

Last weekend, our factory shipped one type of customized stack rack with big size and heavy load capacity, which is for textile raw material and exported to Pakistan. The size is 1829*1524*1626mm and the load capacity is 3000kg. The common sizes of stack racks is 1200*1200*1200mm and 1500*1500*1500mm, and the common load capacity is around 500-1500kg. With this very heavy duty load capacity, the materials chosen for base must be big and thick enough, that is the reason why this type of stack rack itself is so heavy.

Let us talk about the structure of this type of stack rack. First is the base. The base is made of frames , strengthening ribs and four feet. The frames are welded horizontally with four feet. The frames are horizontal longer steel tubes. The strengthening ribs are shorter smaller steel tubes to make gaps small and to make the base stronger. As you can see, there are triangle steel panels welded with frames and foot tubes,which is to strengthen connection between frames and foot tubes because of the 3000-kg heavy load capacity. Under the foot tube is stack bowl. The four vertical tubes are posts, which is to take another base up. And there are two fork entries under frames to guide fork of forklift to enter and to prevent stack racks from sliding when forklift moves stack rack.

Before shipment, stack racks would be piled in certain way to save space. With different sizes and material, stack racks will be piled in different ways. One pile at most can go with 40 bases.
