A new and larger production hall invested by our company has been put into use recently. There are three floors in total. The first floor is mainly for the rolling mill line, the powder coating line and the raw material area, the second floor is mainly for the welding area, and the third floor is mainly for the office area and the canteen. The whole workshop is very high and occupies a large area. There are few pillars in the workshop, so everything looks very bright.
Our company has increased investment in the powder coating line to solve the previous problem of the long column turning. The new powder coating line has greatly improved the production efficiency. In the workshop, multi level mezzanine rack is designed to store some daily accessories. In order to improve the utilization rate of the workshop, a very large steel platform is designed, and looks very beautiful. At present, the main standard shelves and some standard pallets will be produced in the new factory. Some non-standard panels, cantilever and other shelves are still produced in the old factory. The new factory has not been fully completed, but the production of conventional shelves can be realized.
