Last year, one of our customer in Canada purchased steel stacking rack from our factory. Rack size is 1524*1524*1500mm, weight capacity around 1000kg per rack, and the surface is sprayed with orange color. The customer was satisfied with the quality after receiving the racks. So in earlier of this month, he continued to purchase the same racking and some heavy duty wire decking pallet rack from our company.
As for the pallet racking,size is 2440*1220*5025mm, and each level can load around 3000kg. Upright frame adopts 90*70*2.0 column,and the beam material are 140*50*1.5, two end weld with four claws, which will good for the whole structure steady. And the whole racking system surface are treated with orange color. In addition, customer also use wire decking for the racking. It can prevent the small goods falling down from the pallet, and whatsmore, our clients can put the products on the decking directly, do not need the pallets. Different customer has different choice, it according to their real storage needs.
For the stacking rack,base frame and post are made of 50*50*2.0 square tubes, and the post holder material is 60*60*3.5. The racking also equipped with forklift hole,stack foot and stack bowl.Besides,base frame bottom weld with wire mesh.This week,we finished all of the racking production, and arrange to container loaded and shipped them.
